We aim for truly fair compensation. No low-balling. We know you know the market. We are generous given the right skills and experience.

Equity

We want you to share the financial success of Matter Labs. Every core team member receives ZK tokens after their probation period. Earning equity is a crucial ingredient of financial freedom.

Your ZK RTUs will be subject to a 4-year vesting schedule, with 25% (10% for execs) of your tokens vesting on the first anniversary of your start date, and 1/48th of your options vesting monthly thereafter.

Raises

Compensation is reviewed on an annual basis (at a minimum).
